Many people find mindfulness in nature easy and enjoyable.
Being outside in nature is beneficial for physical and mental health, as is mindfulness. Together, they’re a winning combination.

My next mindfulness in nature sessions will be at Plot 22 on Weald Allotments in Hove on 1st June 6-9pm, with further sessions on 28th June 3-5pm and 4th July 10-12.
