Mindfulness taster classes

I offer introductory 'taster' sessions which are ideal for you if you are interested in mindfulness and would like to try it out before committing to a course. These sessions run for 2 hours and are an introduction to mindfulness practices, an opportunity to meet with me, and ask any questions you may have about the mindfulness practices.

The next taster session will be on Sunday 9th April 2017 5-7pm. Click here to email and book a taster session.
